INTERCARGO held its meetings of both Technical and Executive Committees and the AGM in London on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 October 2016. EMICERT was invited by INTERCARGO’s Chairman Mr. Platsidakis to make a presentation giving the views of EMICERT on the MRV developments.
